Do I need to switch my current CRM?
No. We assess your current tech stack first. Often the issue isn't the tool — it's how it's configured. If a switch genuinely serves your goals we'll explain why and what the transition looks like. We have no software bias and if we earn a commission from a sale this will be disclosed on the call. Our preference is to recommend based on what you need, not what sounds good.
I'm already using [insert software] or my aggregator's CRM. Can you still help?
Yes — we are Aggregator agnostic. We have found that leads often get lost when they are not an opportunity yet. If you want to track those leads and post-settlement client retention, you may want a pre-aggregator project management or CRM software. However, the goal is always the same, build systems for the way you work.
Which package should I start with?
That's exactly what the free Workflow Audit is for. Most brokers start with Visibility — because you can't optimise or grow what you can't see. But every business is different and we won't recommend a package until we understand yours.
How long does implementation take?
Lead tracking (CRM) setup can take 3 to 6 weeks depending on complexity. From there we allow another 6 weeks for testing and tweaking the process. For custom client onboarding processes or other workflow automations, anywhere from 1 to 12 weeks - we scope this with you on the call. Knowledge Base Content Development, 4 - 12 weeks, on the call we confirm the requirements.
Do you work with all aggregators?
If the aggregator platform has an API, webhook, or integration pathway we can connect with - we work with them. Where direct integration isn't possible we design workflows that complement your aggregator requirements without creating compliance risk.
What's the difference between BrokerTools and a broker coach?
Broker coaches keep you accountable for growth goals — that's valuable and different to what we do. Think of us as a form of tech support or project managers who support or growth as you need us. We build, hand over, and step back. Only stepping in if requested. If you need a coach, our directory has great ones.

Yes. It's a genuine 45-minute working session — not a sales call with a discovery wrapper. You'll walk away with a clear picture of your biggest workflow gap and specific recommendations, whether or not you choose to work with us.
