Workflow Automation Services – Terms of Service

By payment of any invoice, the Client agrees to the following terms for the design, setup, and implementation of workflow automations.

1. Scope of Services

Services include the design, setup, and implementation of workflow automations based on the agreed requirements. Any additional features, changes, or new workflows outside this scope will be quoted separately.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Supply access to required systems, accounts, and tools in a timely manner
  • Review and approve workflows before they are considered live

Delays in providing information or access may impact delivery timelines.

3. Third-Party Platforms

Automations may rely on third-party platforms (e.g. CRMs, email systems, APIs). We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or downtime
  • Changes to third-party functionality
  • Integration failures caused by external systems

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While workflows are designed to improve efficiency and performance, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to lead generation, conversion rates, or revenue.

5. Testing & Acceptance

The Client is responsible for testing all workflows prior to full deployment. Approval (written or verbal) confirms acceptance of functionality.

6. Data & Usage Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for:

  • How automations are used
  • Communications sent via workflows
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including privacy and spam laws)

7. AI & Automation Limitations

Where AI or automated decision-making is used, outputs may be imperfect. The Client agrees to review and validate outputs before relying on them.

8. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Errors resulting from incorrect inputs or third-party systems

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services under this invoice.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due as per the invoice. Work may be paused or withheld until payment is received.

10. Support & Changes

Post-delivery support, updates, or changes are not included unless explicitly stated and may incur additional fees.
